Keep creator operations organized with lists, tags, and notes.
Create lists

Open dashboard

Create new list
Click + New list in the sidebar

Name your list
Use a clear name, e.g. Q1 Beauty Campaign
List ideas
Ways to organize your creators:
- By campaign: "Summer 2026", "Black Friday", "Product Launch"
- By status: Contacted, In negotiation, Partner
- By niche: "Beauty", "Fitness", "Tech"
- By size: "Micro (10k-50k)", "Mid (50k-200k)", "Macro (200k+)"
- By platform: "TikTok Only", "Instagram Only", "Multi-Platform"
Add creators to lists
While saving
When saving a creator with the extension, you can assign a list immediately. Click "Choose list" below the save button.
In the dashboard
- Select one or more creators (left checkbox)
- Click "Add to list" in the toolbar
- Choose the target list
Tip: A creator can belong to multiple lists. For example "Beauty Creator" and "Q1 Campaign".
Notes
Add custom notes to each creator:
- Contact history (when contacted, response status)
- Pricing expectations or terms
- Content ideas for collaboration
- Special notes or constraints
Add a note
- Open a creator detail panel
- Scroll to the notes section
- Click "Add note"
- Write your note and save
Search & filter
In the dashboard you can filter creators by:
- Search: Filter by username or display name
- List: Show creators from a specific list
- Platform: TikTok, Instagram, or all
- Followers: Filter by follower range
Sorting
Sort creators by:
- Date added (newest first)
- Followers (highest first)
- Engagement rate
- Username (alphabetical)
